4 Fun Backyard Games for this Fall

We don’t know about you, but this cooler weather has us wanting to be outside around the clock! The days of the hot beating sun seem to be behind us, with nice cool fall weather ahead. With this anticipated weather upon us, more people will be spending time outdoors. Simply Green Lawn Care, located near Atlanta, GA, is just as excited as you are, so we have compiled a list of great outdoors games everyone can enjoy this fall season!

• Cornhole – This is a really fun and easy game to play with family and friends. Opposing teams take turns tossing bean bags at a tilted wooden platform, and the object of the game is to get as many bean bags through the hole as possible. Points are also scored by getting the bags to stay on the platform.
• Horseshoes – Most of us have seen a game or two of horseshoes played. Players toss horseshoes at metal stakes in the ground, and whoever hits a ringer or tosses their horseshoe close enough to the stake receives points.
• Frisbee Golf – This is another really fun one to play with everyone. All you need are some frisbees and something large enough to catch the frisbee in like a basket. Frisbee golf is played like regular golf in that wherever your frisbee lands is where you throw from. The less number of attempts to get it in the better!
• Throw the Football – It’s football season! A great way to get outside in between games is to simply toss a football around. Keep the vibe going all day!
